Taganemisõigus
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@swimbuy.ee with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your purchase.
Returned items must:
be unused, unworn, and in original condition;
include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories;
not show signs of use, washing, chlorine exposure, damage, or alteration;
be returned within the required timeframe.
You may inspect products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and fit, as you would in a physical retail store.
If an item has been used beyond reasonable inspection, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods.
Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, the following items are returnable only if unworn, unused, and with the hygiene seal and original tags fully intact:
swimsuits
swim briefs
jammers
bikinis
training swimwear
Returns will not be accepted if:
the hygiene seal has been removed, damaged, or missing;
- the item shows signs of wear, water exposure, deodorant, makeup, perfume, chlorine, or washing.
Accessories
The following items may be returned under the standard return policy, provided they are unused and in original condition:
swim goggles
swim caps
kickboards
pull buoys
fins
paddles
snorkels
training accessories
bags
towels
Personal-use accessories opened after delivery (such as ear plugs, nose clips, or similar hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
personalised or custom-made products;
gift cards;
hygiene-sensitive items after opening where applicable;
products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@swimbuy.ee as soon as possible reasonably possible after discovering the issue, including photos where possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including:
replacement;
repair where applicable;
full refund.
Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Ship the item back within 14 days after notifying us
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as returned goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days, although we may withhold reimbursement until:
the returned goods have been received; or
proof of return shipment has been provided.
Standard original delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional charges for express or premium delivery are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require another size, colour, or product, please place a new order and return the eligible item separately.
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Estonian or European Union consumer protection law.
